Ski Season
Ski Season will kick-off this week. For the very latest details, go to www.WintergreenResort.com. We have been making snow for the past week on Dobie and The Plunge Tubing Park and on Eagle’s Swoop. Everyone is excited to see you “on the mountain”. Already, we have received more natural snow than we received throughout last year’s season. Remember, it is always at least 18 degrees cooler in our ski areas than in regional metro areas.
Don’t forget Wintergreen’s Learn to Ski and Ride Program. Full program information is showcased on the web site. The Season Passes are also available through the web site.
Freestyle Rail Jam will be held on December 23rd. Wintergreen’s Terrain Park is the site. For information, call the Ski Information Center at 434-325-2100
Freestyle Demo Days will be December 28th-29th. This will be your opportunity to test out the hottest ski and snowboard equipment. For information on this event, call 434-325-1183. |

Red, White and Brew
Each month, we mention a local winery and last month we announced the opening of Blue Mountain Brewery. Enjoy our first annual Red, White and Brew festival on December 7th. Six Nelson County wineries and Blue Mountain Brewery will celebrate the holidays with special events and activities from 5PM-8PM. Participating venues include Blue Mountain, Cardinal Point Winery, DelFosse Winery, Flying Fox Vineyard, Hill Top Berry Farm and Winery, Veritas Winery and Wintergreen Winery. Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties Holiday Party
Everyone is invited to join the Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties team at our annual Holiday Party. This year’s party will be in the Mountain Inn on December 22nd from 5:30PM-7:30PM. Stop by and pick up your souvenir wine glass. There will be snacks and beverages for adults and kids. |

New Year’s Eve New Year’s Eve 2007 in Wintergreen: Celebrate the New Year in elegant fashion by joining us for an evening of fine dining, a hosted bar and fabulous music. The festivities will begin at 7PM with cocktails followed by The Celebration Buffet. The price is $175 Per Person.
New Year’s Eve Children and Teen Parties at Wintergreen include dinner and are $45 per child. Reservations are required. Call 434-325-8180.
The Veritas Winery Masked Ball: Starting at 7PM with wine and Hors d’oeuvres and running through a 5 course winemakers dinner and a 12:30AM breakfast buffet, this event is sure to please everyone. Real Estate Updates
First, I want to thank everyone for a great 2007 real estate year. A lot of hard work went into making this year a success, and a lot of properties have been sold. As I write this newsletter, Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties has reached its sales goal for 2007. We are proud to have been able to share our profits with the resort.
Many of you saw me at my Open House Theme Parties. These have become well-known in the resort and have lead to many listings and sales. Feel free to drop by any of these parties. Pick up an Open House Guide each weekend in the Mountain Inn. The holiday season will be full of open houses and special real estate events.
During ski season, the WRPP office will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM-5PM. We will close at 1PM on Christmas Eve and re-open on December 26th.
The Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties office now has a slide show of resort listings running 24X7 in front of the office. Come into the office to pick-up a resort wide listing packet or full-color property flyers.
