New At Wintergreen This Summer

Summer Tubing?  Yes, Wintergreen is introducing Summer Tubing at The Plunge Tubing Park.  Wintergreen already has the largest snow tubing park in Virginia and now they are introducing the fun sport to Summer guests.  The price is $10 for a one-hour session.

Segway Tours:  You have seen Segway Tours at other resorts and on Caribbean islands, and now Wintergreen has Segways!  Start your Segway Tour at the Discovery Ridge Adventure Center.

Wintergreen has reduced their rates for the Wintergreen Membership Program.  This program is always optional for resort property owners, and now the rates have been reduced. 

Non-Equity Membership:  Reduced to $5,000

Equity Membership:  Reduced to $12,000

Wintergreen Coupon Passport

The popular Wintergreen Passport book returns this Summer. Everyone who reserves lodging through Wintergreen Resort at www.WintergreenResort.com receives a Passport at check-in. New Wintergreen Retail

Stop by the Mountain Inn during your next visit to Wintergreen Resort.

The new Trail Blazers store opened over Memorial Weekend and is already busy.  The store is stocking everything that you need for outdoor adventure, including some trendy apparel.

The General Store also has many new retail items:  bags and totes, soy candles and lotions, logo items, new kids items, beach and lake items, a large selection of local wines, candy…and even Wintergreen flip-flops!

New Nelson Scenic Loop

Nelson County will launch an official 50 Mile Scenic Loop in June.  The self-drive loop will take you through some of the most beautiful Nelson County scenery, next to Wintergreen Resort, down the Blue Ridge Parkway and to Crabtree Falls.  You will pass some of the county’s wineries, the Devil’s Backbone Brewery, the Montebello General Store, art and antique shops and historical sites.

The “grand opening” for this new driving loop is June 12^th.  There will be special activities planned along the loop for the entire weekend.
